How do I order a custom desk mat?
Choose your size and thickness, upload your image, and adjust the crop to fit your mat. Add any special requests in the order notes, then add your design to the cart and check out. We’ll print your mat to order in Houston, Texas.
What image should I upload?
Use the highest-resolution original file you have. Artwork, photos, and logos can all work well, but small or blurry images may lose detail when enlarged. Our printing and design guide explains image resolution and proportions for each size.
Can I preview my image before ordering?
The upload tool lets you preview and adjust your image’s crop before confirming the upload. Choose your mat size first so you’re working with the correct proportions, and check that important details remain inside the crop.
What if I’m not sure my image will print well?
Contact us through live chat or email support@glidemousepads.com before ordering. Tell us which size you’re considering and what you’re concerned about so we can help you prepare your image.
Can I order more than one design?
Yes. Customize your first mat and add it to the cart, then return to the product page to upload the next design and select its options. Check each item’s artwork, size, and thickness before checking out. Increasing the quantity of an existing cart item orders additional copies of that same design.
What sizes are available?
We offer eight sizes, from a compact 14 × 10-inch mouse pad to a 48 × 24-inch desk mat. All dimensions are listed in the size selector. Measure your available desk space and consider how much room you want for your keyboard and mouse before choosing.
What’s the difference between 2 mm and 3 mm thickness?
The 2 mm option gives you a slimmer profile which may allow for faster mouse speeds, while the 3 mm option adds cushioning beneath your hands and equipment. Choose the feel you prefer; both options are available through the thickness selector.
What materials and features do your mats have?
Our mats have a smooth fabric tracking surface, a non-slip rubber base, and stitched edges to help resist fraying. Your design is printed onto the surface to create a personalized mat for work, gaming, or everyday use.

Is there a minimum order? Do you offer bulk orders?
There’s no minimum—you can order a single custom mat. We also accept bulk and corporate orders for teams, offices, events, and giveaways. Contact us with your quantity, preferred sizes, and deadline to discuss options and pricing.
When will my order ship?
Most orders are printed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Processing can take longer during holidays or busy periods. Shipping transit time is additional and begins once the carrier receives your package. See our shipping policy for details.
Is shipping free?
Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders. Expedited options may be available at checkout for an additional charge. For orders outside the U.S., available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?

How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships. Tracking may take some time to update after the carrier receives your package. If you need help locating your tracking details, contact us with your order number.
Can I return my mat, or get help if something is wrong?
